(U)pload a file

 Like the D user command, this allows you to transfer files between systems.
 In this case, however, you are sending a file to the bulletin board system
 instead of receiving one.

 Subcommands
  (file)     = Filename to upload, If more than one file is to be uploaded,
               each must be listed on the command line.
  (protocol) = Protocol to use for the upload.
  BYE        = Logoff after transfer is complete.
